ABOUT THE ROLE:
Incubating new revenue opportunities & partnerships
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for identification and execution of monetization opportunities for the business
- Responsible for maintaining current partnerships while striving to create new relationships whenever possible
- Design, Develop & Execute Strategic initiatives for sport popularity
- Protect Mashal's interests & commitments with external Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) stakeholders
- Devise off-season & long term programs with PKL Franchises
- Should have insight and understanding of business models of other relevant sports and leagues
- Seamless collaboration with relevant internal as well as external stakeholders
QUALIFICATION
- Post graduate in Strategy from a reputed institute with minimum 4+ years of experience
- Degree/Diploma in sports management will be an added advantage
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Proven experience in identifying and creating new revenue lines for the business
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
- The role requires high execution orientation, quick thinking and implementation. The incumbent should be comfortable with a lot of action and has the ability to handle multiple issues/activities

- High on energy, drive, assertive and to be able to deal with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Should be driven and mature enough to handle senior level relationships
