Manager Distribution Strategy BD Regulatory and Long term Planning

Context :

- Digitalization has unlocked vast potential which needs to be leveraged through stronger focus on Strategic initiatives within Distribution function.

- A strong 2nd in command needs to be created in the team dealing with the long range planning for Distribution business for Star dealing with 5 year planning, external and regulatory risks, business development opportunities and strategic insights.

- The organizational context of driving yield growth through pricing growth will also need inputs from this team keeping in mind industry best practices and breakthrough ideas

Key Responsibilities :

- Will be responsible for analyzing and creating planning data models

- Will be the secondary leader to drive and decide on strategies to tackle risk to business

- Medium as well Long term planning

- Working on identified of growth opportunities for long term business growth

- Coordination with other teams for executional strategies for leveraging the growth opportunities.

- Identifying revenue leakages and blockades, formulating pre-emptive as well as curative strategies for overcoming the same.

Qualifications :

- MBA from Tier I institute- IIMs/ISB

- 5-7 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 2-3 years in sales and revenue strategy function.

- Preferably handled the Strategy function independently
