KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : - Ensuring adherence to Policies and procedures - Manage the account receivables for Ad sales - Track Bad Debts and highlighting potential areas - Preparation and review of MIS pertaining to collections and accounts receivable. - Ensuring Compliance & Credit control by day to day interaction at the location with Agencies and Advertisers QUALIFICATION : - CA/MBA with minimum 8 Years experience or related work experience - Prior experience with Agencies and Advertisers will be preferred KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS : - Strong business orientation and able to develop deep understanding of Order to Cash process. - Should have a strong process mind set and ability to see through the process implementation. - Excellent communication skills, including ability to take up process related issues with Stakeholders and resolve them. - Good understanding of SOX/Commercial Controls - Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while paying attention to details - High level of customer orientation (Both Internal and external) - Proficiency in MS office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
