The incumbent's role is to drive the brand agenda for the Network Brand, and the various channel brands where applicable.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Thought partner for defining the brand blueprint for the network & its business units (BU)
- Experienced in Insights generation through Quantitative & Qualitative research
- Experienced in Brand tracking
- Develop and align portfolio/brand/campaign strategy and align the same with BU's
- Liaison with creative teams to deliver Integrated Marketing Campaigns
- Serve as a resource for creative teams to develop insight from opportunity identification to delivering the experience.
- Creating insight led positioning, strategy and content strategy for the various businesses of Star India.
- Drive information gathering and filtering, providing valuable business and customer insight regarding trends, behavioral shifts, attitudinal dynamics of the category & marketplace
QUALIFICATION :
- MBA or equivalent from Tier I school (Mandatory, ie IIMs, ISB, FMS, SPJAIN)
- 7-9 Years of experience in brand planning in Advertising Agencies, Brand Consulting, Brand Heads in reputed organizations
