- You will help in laying down compliance process and systems that drives the culture and make Star India a great place to work.   - You will assist in conceptualization and drive implementation of compliance related initiatives and policies to support overall business strategy. Demonstrate experience in statutory compliance, labour laws, company acts and minimum wages or/ and benefits applicable to employees (permanent, contractual, interns) such as PF, ESIC, PT, health and insurance plus other applicable benefits under local, state laws. - Thorough understanding of applicable and changing government regulations and laws related to statutory/ compliance, employee/ labour welfare schemes  HR Operations - Compliance  - Development and implementation of HR compliance programs, policies, and practices  - Handling PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Monthly Labour act  - Handling Monthly, Quarterly Returns, yearly returns, audits  - Good Scope in Monthly Compliance Documents and Govt. office visit  - Experience into Govt., Statutory Audits, Inspections.  - Having Hands on Experience in Handling Statutory Compliance like ESIC, PF, Shop Act etc.  - Take ownership of all statutory compliances, i.e. PF, Gratuity, ESIC, Minimum Wages, Shops and Establishments, Contract Labour, etc. applicable on pan-India basis and ensuring implementation of all applicable labour laws in all locations/branches   - Maintain all compliance related documents, registers, forms and correspondence.  - Conducting periodic audits on all HR Compliance related matters and taking necessary action coming out of findings of the audit and observations.  - Liaison with internal Legal department and external Legal consultant on various employment law related issues and developments  - Invoices Management - Registration & raising Invoices for vendor Payment  - Following up with Finance team on closure of queries from Vendor  - Ensuring the correct process for invoicing is followed. Sharing monthly dashboard with the HR Team.  - Have worked on GST implementation and understands GST related invoicing.  - It is important for the incumbent to have the right balance between organization's goals and employee's cause. Should have the strength of character to take a stand and push back leadership team wherever required. Facilitate an open, inclusive, Star values-based environment. Ensure that the HR is perceived as an objective employee champion and a trusted partner.   - Fully conversant and up-to-date with all aspects of employment laws and HR best practices  - Understanding of organizational dynamics and the ability to think strategically are essential.   - Prior experience in corresponding with government offices, regulatory bodies, statutory authorities, law firms, consultants and third party vendors.  - Strong knowledge of HR functional aspects.  - Ability to work with senior management team on complex business and organizational issues and design and provide suitable solutions will be a key deliverable for this role.   - The ability to effectively work and communicate at all levels within the organization and commitment to strategic business partnerships and team developments is a must.   - Must be able to multi-task, deal with ambiguity, constantly adapt to a high pressure environment, and thrive in chaos, in a highly dynamic environment.   - An entrepreneur mindset and never say die attitude is must to be successful in Star.
