ABOUT THE ROLE : - Provide decision support for strategic engagements in the business unit KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : - Assist in developing and implementing business strategies based on study of economic, competitive and consumer landscape - Influence business decisions by quantitative and qualitative evaluation and risk assessments of business/monetization opportunities - Assist in chalking out corporate strategies, structure proposals and preliminary action steps in the key areas identified in business - Prepare financial studies, forecasts, strategic plans and corporate proposal papers for evaluation - Strong understanding of business priorities and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders in formulating operational business solutions - Coordination and monitoring of existing strategic activities and providing guidance in course correction wherever necessary - Responsible for maintaining current partnerships while striving to create new relationships whenever possible - Identify strategic partnership opportunities in different geographies - Develop customized pitches and alliance proposition (strategic bundling, distribution, content related partnerships etc.) for prospective partners - Quantitative and qualitative analysis and evaluation to assist leadership in decisions regarding business development opportunities - Lead all business development transactions, monitor and improve post-formalization ROI/performance for each partner - Conduct competition analysis and market research to look for new avenues for strategic partnerships PERFORMANCE MEASURES : - Timely delivery of projects/assignments QUALIFICATION : - Post graduate degree from a reputed institute or equivalent with relevant work experience of 15+ years KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS : - A minimum of 10 years of experience in strategy and consulting - Sound business acumen with a grasp of the larger picture - Demonstrated ability to build and maintain successful professional relationships PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES : - Excellent networking &amp; leadership skills; ability to collaborate with teams internally and externally - Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills - Demonstrated analytical abilities, problem solving and decision making skills - Agility to thrive in a high-flux environment
