Job Responsibility :  To work seamlessly with the channel Marketing teams to arrive at the digital plans for the English GEC Cluster on Social Media and Paid campaigns.  - Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns.  - Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the shows on all TV channels of the English GEC Cluster.  - Utilising a range of techniques including analytics, paid search, SEO and SEM.  - Overseeing the social media strategy for the channel & shows including Mobile.  - Managing online brand and show campaigns to raise brand awareness.  - Managing the redesign of the company website. Improving the usability, design, content and conversion the company website.  - Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing.  - Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data for the digital space.  - Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.  Social Media:  - To drive the social media strategy along with the digital content team. To be the thought leader for all plans.  - Social media campaigns to drive Engagement which in turn will drive channel viewership and also grow numbers on social media wrt No. of Fans and Followers.  - To achieve the set targets for the channel & Shows on Social Media.  Paid Campaigns:  - To work closely with the Media planning team and arrive at impact digital media plans  - To drive digital campaigns for identified tent poles for the shows along with the digital agency.  - Post evals of campaigns to be made and learning's derived Website & YouTube channel:  Content interface. Also drive the finalized strategy for both Instagram, Pinterest & other social sites.  - Responsible for show- launch related communication (both On Air & Off Air)  - To be involved into concept testing along with the Programming and Research team to understand the show and execute communication aligned to the show.   - Involved in ideation, responsible for supporting new concept creation and development of new Ideas  - Communicate with PR on the key points / highlights of the show  - Plan & manage communication budgets   - Study trends, markets, and specific TG's of shows both on Channel and competition.  - Analyze channel performance closely based on TAM, and making recommendations to programming   Performance Measures:  - Turnaround time  - Quality of input provided  Qualification : MBA with 4-5 yrs work experience in digital marketing preferably from Media/FMCG/ Advertising industry.
