Star TV - Consultant - HR Business Partner (4-7 yrs)

HR professional with a minimum of 4-7 years of HRBP experience with a strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative. The individual must have an understanding of organizational dynamics and think and act as per Organization's best interest. Ability to work with senior management team on business and organizational issues and design and provide suitable solutions will be a key deliverable for this role.

Key Responsibilities :

Performance Management :

- Drive the performance management process for the network. Actively promote succession-planning, keeping in mind the overall business strategy. Focus on retention of key talents.

- Design and implement strong reward and recognition system as per the business needs. Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies

Campus Hiring :

- Consult with recruiting teams and Business leaders to achieve diversity and inclusiveness in Star's campus recruiting practices

- Act as primary recruiting point-of-contact for key client groups.

- Develop and maintain relationships with the following people or groups: academic faculty, career office employees, students, the Campus Relations Partner, the Campus Recruiting Leaders.

- Implement sourcing strategies to identify talented candidates, paying particular attention to diversity initiatives

- Maintain a constant and steady focus on the local market place, and disseminate local market intelligence

- Coordinate with recruiting assistants and others to confirm all candidates receive appropriate care and attention

- Represent the work group on a project team for small-to-medium size HR projects

- Experience on Data Reporting, MIS and Analytics will be a plus.
