Job Description : KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - He/She will act as the - Channel Custodian for the channel assigned - He/she will drive projects with the aim to build a strong programing plan and channel strategy based on consumer understanding, content trends and revenue potential - He/She will be a Solutions Provider i.e. His/her expertise &amp; insights shall guide the channel in the areas of: - Content Strategy and Audience Management: Analyzing program performance through data provided by BARC. Constantly innovating &amp; implementing solutions for content strategy. Planning the content schedule and break patterns so as to maximize weekly viewership - Content Acquisition: Analyze ROI of content libraries and recommend movie for acquisitions. Keeping track of license periods, syndicated titles &amp; utilized runs to maximize the potential of the available library. - Revenue Planning: Providing brand solutions integrating the brands seamlessly into programming content offering both visibility &amp; brand salience to the client. Creating extended revenue opportunities for the sales team to monetize. - On Air Strategy: Planning on- air strategies by evaluating key tent-poles &amp; assigning priority to titles so as to draw maximum viewers to the channel. PERFORMANCE MEASURES : Since the role has direct influence on Business, the performance measures will be directly linked to channel performance - Viewership &amp; Revenue. QUALIFICATION: - MBA from a reputed B-school preferred but not mandatory - 3 - 5 years of experience in consulting, business development KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS : - Excellent Communication &amp; Presentation Skills - Strong Relationships Management skills - Advance knowledge of Office Automations - Basic understanding Market Research and Data Analytics techniques PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES : - Highly result oriented - Well organized, Immaculate planner - Well informed &amp; Well read, Business wherewithal - Self-motivated, Self-Driven, Smart - Movie-buff
