Title: Campaign Manager/ Marketing Manager/ Brand Manager/ Assit Brand Manager/ Media Communication Manager/ Media Communication Lead/ Corporate Communication Lead or Manager Location: Corporate Office Chennai Special Notes: - Work from Office is Mandatory and requires your presence in Chennai @ office - Six days working (Saturday Halfday) Special Inputs : - Strong in drafting marketing campaign mailers, emails, messages, web site content - Very good in communication both verbal and written. - Taken part in creating and executing promotional events & Campaign, promotional videos. - Criteria for selection would be Responsibilities: - Responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of a comprehensive and integrated marketing communications program that will enhance the organization's image and position within the marketplace and achieve brand KPI- s - Manages the creation and execution of a multi-year strategic communications plan that supports all marketing initiatives with systems, web presence, fairs and events, advertising, direct mail campaigns, e-marketing campaigns, and other required marketing communications activities. - Executes and/or coordinates the external communications component of the marketing initiatives including message development, media planning, content strategy development and creative concept development for mass communications, direct marketing campaigns, and other marketing activities. - Responsible for the development and implementation of an annual, strategic, special events calendar that ensures the efforts, resources and the volunteer time are utilized in a manner that provides the greatest return to the organization - Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns - Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.) - Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns. - Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts - Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (both online and offline - Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies - Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned - Develop marketing plans and budgets - Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends.
