Sr Operations Analyst Job description: - You will be the one to assist the team to prepare documentation & handle operations for various trade processes of the company. - A great asset for a Coordinator is their communication and negotiation skills. They are also well-versed in import and export principles and practices. - The ideal candidate has experience in import and export field with experience in foreign trade procedures. - The goal is to ensure the smooth operations of a variety of channels aiming for maximum efficiency. Responsibilities: 1. Prepare Export Documentation 2. Prepare Import Documentation 3. Prepare Documentation using the SAP software 4. Prepare documentation as per company policy 5. File Pre-shipment Documents and coordinate shipments 6. File Bill of Entries using licenses and other documentation. 7. Coordinate with CHA and other teams for Deliveries 8. Keep logs and records of shipments. 9. Warehouse Management 10. Use internal ERP SAP software 11. Prepare accurate reports for upper management Roles and Responsibilities Desired Candidate Profile: 1. Experience in Import and Export Field 2. Experience in Documentation 3. Knows good MS Office and Adobe Skills 4. Ability to work with supervision and track multiple processes 5. Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP) 6.
