Star Cement - Assistant General Manager - Sales & Marketing (15-20 yrs)
Designation: AGM- Sales & Marketing
Experience range: 15-20 yrs
Location: Kolkata & Jorhat.
Experience :
- 15 Years in cement Sales (Must be working in capacity of Sr. Manager in his current profile, must have handled 25-30 MT Sales minimum)
Language :
- Must be fluent in Bengali and conversant with South Bengal market (Kolkata, Kalighat, Cossipore, Bardwan)
Qualification :
- MBA with B.Tech will be preferable.
Responsibilities :
- Heading business operations, managing the sales team for your zone
- Planning and formulating the sales plans and revenue targets
- Achievement of sales targets for your zone
- Collection of outstanding payments
- Expansion of market share
- Strategy planning and overseeing pricing strategy
- Monitoring effective implementation of budgets
- Demand planning for timely supplies
- Handling the Area Sales Manager of zone.
