Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Equip self with product knowledge and concepts around customer engagement and customer experience
2. Engaging with the customer to understand their business needs
3. Conducting Product Demos / Workshops in line with the customer needs
4. Responding to RFIs / RFPs
5. Market Research / Client Research to create product positioning and go-to-market strategy
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Prior Experience in a customer-facing role such as Presales, Business Analysis in SaaS Product Domain, is desirable
2. Good Communication Skills - Written / Oral
3. Able to work under pressure / tight deadlines
