Business Intelligence:

This role will define the strategy and own the execution of the entire Data and Analytics approach for Growth Excellence. They will ensure we have a central data approach and be responsible for maintaining the source of truth.

Areas of Responsibility:

- Own the market research and GTM pricing for all lines of business

- Commercial structure modeling (Supply, Landlord, Consumer)

- Enhance and build revenue models for demand

- Build performance insights and recommendation models to help us identify focus properties

- Responsible for setting up the team and process to own all revenue and supply related reporting and dashboards

- Lead funnel optimization and process improvement

- Working with the product team to ensure that all relevant product enhancements are done to allow for better data visibility and flow

- Partner with the Business Operations team and senior leaders to deliver an effective reporting, analytics and information delivery framework

- Identify and define data assets that relate to critical business function

- The above is just an indicative list of responsibilities with the role, as this role will own the responsibility of ensuring that for all decisions, we have looked at and analysed all relevant internal and external data and to devise a process to ensure that we are able to factor in the same

Key Skills:

- SQL Server skills including SQL objects development, performance tuning, data analysis and integration

- 4-8 years of relevant experience working in roles where have actively used data driven insights to lead decision making

- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

- Ability to contribute both independently and as part of a team

- Excellent listening, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

- Ability to work in an ever-changing environment with distributed team members
