- Build and nurture the Inside Sales team - one of the most critical parts of our sales funnel - Own and deliver on the lead management metrics such as Qualification%, Visits Scheduled%, Visits Completed% etc. and operations metrics like quality, cost, etc. - Empower team to run the show, enabling them through clear direction, training and timely, constructive feedback - Conduct regular stand-ups with stakeholders to discuss areas of improvement, and partner them in maximizing conversion - Foster positive working relationships to ensure dependencies don- t become bottlenecks - Publish reports and scorecards to give appropriate visibility of key metrics across different levels in the organization - Collaborate with partner teams for improving the lead management process - Leverage technology to improve efficiency and experience for both agents and leads - Plan the headcount in line with lead projections, and quickly scale if the volume spikes - Co-own the CRM and Telephony platforms, and ensure 100% uptime during business hours - Balance competing tasks by prioritizing and judiciously allocating limited resources - Support any ad-hoc requirements that require Inside Sales involvement
