Senior Manager - Community Engagement (National Role)
- Develop and nurture differentiated communities of residents - students and working professionals - across 1 existing and 2 new business/consumer verticals.
- Ability to execute and manage micro and hyper local executions across Stanza residences pan India + across new verticals - b2b and flats.
- Empanel national and city wise experiential and execution partners / vendors for long term basis defined SOPs.
- Develop an execution model that is scalable and plug and play.
- Develop and execute strategy + monthly and annual calendar of consumer engagements - physical, digital and phygital.
- Ensure high standard of delivery by achieving high scores on evaluation metrics - resident participation, resident rating and proof of successful communities.
- Work with founders and senior management on a frequent basis.
- Ideal candidate with prior experience in community building, BTL, activations, experiential marketing and consumer marketing.
- Great communication and presentation skills and critical to collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Out of box thinking, manage stringent timelines and willingness to stretch in a high growth start-up environment.
