The Market:
The managed accommodation market size across India's top 30 cities in India is expected to grow more than 4x in the next decade - from USD 20 billion today to USD 80 billion by 2030. Today, Stanza Living is the leader in the space with more than 75% market share in the student housing space and over 60% in the overall organized managed accommodation industry. The industry is evolving at a rapid pace in India, with investments from national and international institutional investors bringing in a large amount of capital to the space.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Has prior experience working in a marketing/brand marketing role in a consumer-facing organisation (and/or) client servicing/account management role in an advertising/digital agency,
- Must possess an strategic bent of mind; should be comfortable with both creative & business sides of marketing,
- Has a solid understanding of 360-degree integrated campaign management through the application of research/insights, brand strategy & positioning, media planning, campaign measurement & reporting,
- Has proven experience in running influencer marketing campaigns, planning and executing branded content & partnerships and overseeing video content production,
- Is comfortable with ambiguity and has the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time & collaborate with internal stakeholders as well as external vendors/agencies,
- Has excellent interpersonal, relationship management and presentation skills,
- Has a minimum of 4 years work experience and is from a premier B-School.
