- Design and lead process improvement programs across the 3 transformation verticals - Design, Projects and Supply Chain

2. Cost Efficiencies

- CAPEX optimisation through smart planning, value engineering, usability testing and other cost analysis

3. Technology adoption

- Work closely with the tech team to create technology solutions across transformation verticals to bring in efficiencies, process improvement, cost controls

4. Analytics

- Planning and monitoring

- Financial modelling

- Variance Analysis

- Pricing

- Reporting

- Defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders

5. Product Enhancements

- Help set up Value-Added-Service offerings in close coordination with Design, Supply Chain, Operations, Sales and Projects

- Work with CX Team to improve SL product quality and adoption
