- Create pan India supply of vehicles for our mobility solution offering

- Setup processes to ensure maximum availability and next-to-zero downtime

- Develop and manage failproof processes for vehicles repair & maintenance

- Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth

- Maintain healthy relationship with vendors related to supply-side of business including communication, negotiation, contracts, conflict resolution

- Determine KPIs, monitor logistics, analyze data to identify bottlenecks and strengthen processes

- Train and evaluate operations team

- Prepare performance reports for the leadership team, other departments
