Job Responsibilities:

- Will be responsible for strategic partnership, Supply acquisition and demand generation at Pan India level

- Evaluate business process and build growth strategies to deliver AOP for assigned category

- Will closely work and coordinate with internal stakeholders across functions like Sales, Project and Finance to deliver organizational business objective.

- Engaging various builder, Property consultant companies, Corporates to build sustainable and scalable business model.

- Ability to do multi-tasking and problem-solving solutions.

Skills Required:

- Extremely high ownership, self-starter and work in a constantly changing and fast-growing environment

- Require candidate with the proven ability to drive process improvement and ability to drive growth.

- Person with good business acumen, Strategic planning, execution and good with negotiation skill.
