Job Responsibilities :

- Manager, Sales Ops will be responsible for defining and executing the sales strategy for Stanza Living. The function works closely with Sales, Operations, Design and Finance to maximise revenue opportunities and monitor revenue recognition.


- It is a central role responsible for ensuring sales targets are met with right set of resources.


- As a member of the Sales Operations team, you will use your strategic thinking, analytical skills and business knowledge to provide a local and customized approach that generates impactful insights with data-driven trends and action-oriented recommendations. Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Seamlessly match together the sales, demand & supply planning to meet commercial targets across all territories & segments

- Develop, implement and lead the continuous Sales &Operations (S&OP) process to support the growth of the business

- Work closely with stakeholders to define sales targets, track performance and execute the right pricing strategy

- Work closely with product team to develop solutions and products to enable and maximise productivity of sales team

- Set up an audit function to review bookings, define training requirements and manage people performance reporting

- Gamify sales activities and develop an engagement platform for sales team to drive competition and growth

- Gather, analyse and report on business data to support key business decision making

- Have a hands-on approach to the development and delivery of key performance metrics within the S&OP process improving efficiency, cashflow and profitability along the way

- Strong leadership skills, have an ability to inspire and move a cross-functional group and business top leadership in a unified direction and with a unified vision.
