The incumbent would be responsible to
1. Conduct CRT training sessions for the Ground team - Both Sales & Ops
2. Conduct OJT, Webinars for the Ground team
3. Interact & work closely with city teams to help achieve business results
4. Conduct needs identification and plan training programs
5. Create training content as and when a request comes
