Stanza Living is a technology-enabled student accommodation business which is backed by Matrix and Accel Partners and which is seeking to disrupt the $15bn, highly fragmented student housing industry.

Stanza Living is co-founded by IIT-IIM alumni (Anindya Dutta and Sandeep Dalmia) who have had professional experiences across geographies including the US, the UK, South East Asia and of course, India and across a range of pedigreed firms like Boston Consulting Group, Goldman Sachs, and Oaktree Capital.

Mission: We are currently scaling the business at an aggressive pace, having already grown 20x over the last 12 months from 100 beds to 2,000 beds under management and are now expanding to become a pan-India business.
