Stanza Living - Manager - Business Growth & Product Strategy (4-10 yrs)

This role is the business SPOC for the product strategy (for Supply and Demand) and will closely work with the product and engineering teams to ensure that all key product features are delivered on the agreed timelines. They will own the product scoping, prioritization and impact and ensure we have all relevant data and process mapping to successfully plan the product. They will continue to push the capabilities of our supply product.

Additionally they will also be responsible for key new business initiatives to increase share of wallet.

Areas of Responsibility:

Product : 

- Own the business product and be responsible for planning the next 6-18 month product roadmap

- Lead innovation for product features and capabilities

- Work closely with multiple departments to ensure that product flows and processes are in line with the requirements that have been identified

- Own process automation across our products

Business Growth :

- Incentives/ Gamification of the sales process

- Sales performance management

- Share of wallet/ LTV extension

- Payments and collections process automation

The above is just an indicative list of responsibilities with the role, this role will work on ensuring high growth projects are delivered and all technical and product requirements to enable the same are fulfilled.

Key Skills:

- 4-8 years of relevant experience working in roles with an exposure to business growth, strategy and product

- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

- Ability to contribute both independently and as part of a team

- Excellent listening, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

- Ability to work in an ever-changing environment with distributed team members
