Job Description

- Own analytics for customer acquisition funnel, empowering the teams with insights to improve conversion at every stage of the funnel

- Set up dashboards and churn out reports that depict the state of affairs to management and team members

- Collaborate with owners of paid and unpaid media to devise the performance marketing plan, and then track planned vs actuals very closely

- Singularly own the budget for performance marketing and ensure allocation of spends is in line with ROI maximisation

- Work with vendor and partner teams (like product, pre-sales, field sales, etc.) to ensure all the relevant events pertaining to customer acquisition are captured in the CRM accurately

Requirements:

- Preferably having exposure beyond just Performance Marketing

- Excellent communication skills

- Team handling skills

- Very strong analytics background

- Data-driven problem-solving approach

- User centered approach to problem solving

- Ability to lead in a dynamic and fast paced environment

- Go getter, aggressive attitude
