Who we are : Stanza Living is India's largest and fastest growing tech-enabled, managed accommodation company that delivers a hospitality-led living experience to migrant students and young working professionals across India.


Role : Online Community Lead

Experience : 6 to 10 Years

1) A digital marketing professional with aptitude for strategy, concept and ideas + strong on execution + driving work from teams. Prior roles can be social planner / community manager / digital marketing lead / social media lead.

2) Develop roadmap for Online Communities with focus on platform play, engagement, scale and resident/member ownership.

3) Execute and nurture the roadmap/plan for online communities of residents - students and working professionals - across 1 existing and 2 new business/consumer verticals. Project a detailed short, medium and long term vision 1 to 3 years.

4) Execute a model of differentiated, scalable and engaging community product - with pilots in year 1, product build basis quarterly key results and develop full stack own community product.

5) Strategize, execute and optimize monthly and annual calendar of consumer engagements digital and physical across 1 existing and 2 new business/consumer verticals.

6) Ensure high standard of delivery by achieving high scores on key metrics #DAU, #MAU, avg. time spent, etc.

7) Ideal candidate with prior experience in community management, strategy and execution around growing social digital assets and consumer marketing.

8) Great at thought, communication and presentation skills and critical to collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders.

9) Out-of-box thinking and willingness to stretch in a high-growth start-up environment.

Resourceful and good at vendor/Agency management, team management and relationship skills.

10) Manage a team of 4 - 5 members.
