- Develop and continually optimise a monthly and annual community engagement calendar (events and activities that are physical, virtual and phygital) for the lead b2c vertical comprising college students and young working professionals staying at Stanza residences, and for new vertical comprising working professionals staying at Stanza flats.

- Develop white labelled revenue community calendars focused on 'monetising experiences' for the b2c and b2b verticals.

- Ensure that the 4 calendars are differentiated, interest mapped and deliver key metrics around experience, community building, revenue and cost.

- Ensure that the engagements are scalable and plug and play in most scenarios.

- Work closely with Founders, Business heads and Senior Management on a frequent basis.

- Ideal candidate with prior experience in successful experiential marketing and innovations in physical and virtual events.

- Great articulation and presentation skills and critical to collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders.

- Out of box thinking, manage stringent timelines and willingness to stretch in a high growth start-up environment.
