LinkedIn Top Startup to Work for - 2019 Job Responsibilities: - Develop recruiting strategies that meet anticipated staffing needs for Product and technical positions. -Search for candidates using various sources and databases such as GitHub, Naukri, Stack overflow, social media etc. - Leading the hiring for Mobile developers (Android &amp; IOS), Backend Engineers, Devops Engineers, QA/SDET, Data Science, Data Engineering, Full stack Developers, Frontend, TPM and Information Security. - End to end stakeholder management. - Executing full life cycle of recruitment for Tech &amp; Product candidates including screening, interviewing, salary negotiations, employment coordination etc. - Coordinate with Product &amp; Tech Business Heads to forecast department needs, requisitions and hiring plans. - Advising management on implementing, organizing and preparing recruitment programmes while providing the training on interviewing, counseling techniques, performance appraisals or documentation of performance issues to the technical team. - Being up to date with technological trends and products. - Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
