Role and responsibilities:

- Develop and nurture online communities of residents - students and working professionals - across existing and new business verticals.

- Develop and execute annual calendar of consumer engagements - physical, digital and phygital.

- Ensure high standard of delivery by achieving high scores on evaluation metrics and by developing successful communities and IPs.

- Work with founders and senior management on a frequent basis.

- Ideal candidate with prior experience in community building or managing/growing social digital assets, product management and consumer marketing.

- Great communication and presentation skills and critical to collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders.

- Out of box thinking, manage stringent timelines and willingness to stretch in a high growth start-up environment.

- A great team manager and leader.
