Job Description :
1. Develop and nurture physical and online communities of residents - students and working professionals - across existing and new business verticals.
2. Develop and execute strategy + annual calendar of consumer engagements - physical, digital and phygital.
3. Ensure high standard of delivery by achieving high scores on evaluation metrics and by developing successful communities and IPs.
4. Work with founders and senior management on a frequent basis.
5. Ideal candidate with prior experience in community building (managing/growing social digital assets), product management and consumer marketing.
6. Drive brand partnerships and alliances to build communities.
7. Great communication and presentation skills and critical to collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders.
8. Out of box thinking, manage stringent timelines and willingness to stretch in a high growth start-up environment.
