Offline Community Engagement - Strategy and Execution:- - Manage Community activations/events / engagements across 20 + cities. - Proven track record of having successfully executed large and small activations/events/engagements for multiple brands. - Strong vendor management and relationship skills. - Willingness to work on stringent timelines and strict budgets. - Build and program manage entire execution framework of all activations round the year ranging from small house level engagements to large-scale zonal/national level leagues. - Work with other BUs and digital teams to build efficiencies and achieve increasingly greater returns with every single engagement. - Ensure excitement with teasers, campaigns, etc. amongst TG to drive participation basis defined metrics. - Develop and execute engagement programs and events that are tactical and strategic, short-term and long-term, physical and digital. - Consistent communication with residents building own close network in each resident house. - Experience on youth brands a plus. - Great communication and presentation skills and critical to collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders - micro market, city and zone level. - Out-of-box thinking and willingness to stretch in a high-growth start-up environment. - Ability to manage stringent timelines without compromising the quality of delivery.
