Stanza Living - Circle Head - North (10-14 yrs)
- End-to-end business development & market expansion of the assigned territory, including planning and building short and long-term supply pipelines.
- Identifying and finalizing new properties and maintaining a strong relationship with all the stakeholders & landlords to run properties profitably.
- Liaisoning & negotiating with Investors, landlords, and Real Estate Consultants to design, develop & onboard Co-living Spaces.
- Negotiating Rentals and Structured Deals for the properties for Co-living Spaces. - Negotiating and closure of the Legal contracts for the properties.
- Working in close coordination with the In Legal team, Operations team, Finance team, Construction team, and the developer/landlord and delivering the projects within target timeline
