The market:

- The managed accommodation market size across India's top 30 cities in India is expected to grow more than 4x in the next decade from USD 20 billion today to USD 80 billion by 2030. Today, Stanza Living is the market leader in the space by fair margin with more than 65% market share in the student housing space and 32%+ market share in the overall organized managed accommodation industry. The industry in India is evolving at a rapid pace, with investments from national and international institutional investors bringing in a large amount of capital. As the business evolves, the organized managed accommodation industry is expected to transform the face of the rental housing market across urban centres.

The opportunity: Job Responsibilities:

- You will work closely with the founder and leadership team on key strategic and business initiatives. This is a high-impact role, where

- you will work across functions to unlock growth for Stanza, improve efficiency and profitability. This is an inside look at how a startup operates and scales, with the ability to impact that trajectory.

- Build a deep understanding of the business and market to identify strategic priorities

- Identify key success metrics and maintain dashboards to track progress and determine areas of intervention

- Work with the CEO and department leadership to optimize efficiency and productivity of current operations

- Working with CEO & key CXOs to identify key growth & transformation areas for the organization and crafting a project plan to achieve desired goals within defined timelines

- Helping CEO with regular business and department reviews as well as regular monitoring of the project/initiative

- Working closely with key influencers and decision makers across the organization to shape positive outcomes and impact business growth

- Own zero to one projects and new initiatives; from research and validation, to transitioning to functional ownership and scaleup

- Drive quarterly OKR planning and monitor them regularly through weekly reviews, investor updates and board meetings

Who we are looking for:

- Extremely high ownership, self-starter ability to get hands dirty, and work in a constantly-changing and fast-growing environment

- Establish collaborative and trusting relationships with the business's key internal leaders and stakeholders in order to ensure that there is a free flow of ideas and information across the business

- First principle thinking and strong problem solving

Prior Experience - 5-6 years of experience in management consulting preferred, or similar roles in a fast-paced start-up
