About Role :

In this unique role you have the opportunity to work on highest impact projects across Category Experience and Growth. These projects will allow you the exposure to work directly with Founders, BU leaders and regional teams

The role demands:

1) First principle approach, to dive deep into business problems and design structural solves

2) Analytical approach and comfort to set up data backed decision making engine

3) Effective communication skills to align leaders, stakeholders, product managers

4) Lead Special Projects: as the THE go-to person for many key initiatives and new projects e.g. evaluating new businesses, markets and opportunities, launching new products etc.

4) Governance and Analytics: for proactive detection and resolution. Act as the nerve center of for the business, ensuring customer experience at scale

5) Thought Leadership and external Orientation to track market, competition trends, and identify best practices, innovations for Stanza

Prior experience:

- 5-6 years of experience in management consulting / investment banking preferred, or similar roles in a fast-paced start-up.

- A combination of experience across both consulting / banking domains and start-ups will be seen as an added positive.
