The co-living market size across India's top 30 cities is expected to grow more than double by 2025 to $13.92 billion or 5.7 million beds from current $ 6.67 billion i.e. 4.19 million beds. Even with over 50,000 beds under management we have captured less than 1% of the market potential, with ample headroom for growth for many years to come.

Job Description :

- Driven cost optimization by creating real-time dashboards for revenue & each cost line item, monitoring key drivers, KPIs, trends, forecast & analysis, highlighting observations to concerned department & founders and suggesting corrective actions to facilitate decision making.

- Performed monthly PNL & Cash flow evaluations with in-depth analysis along with bridges, schedules and proper business reasonings & suggesting corrective actions to reduce the risks of continued unfavorable variances.

- Participated in preparation of Operational budget.

- Driving cost Saving projects which includes-Partnering with dept/circle heads to identify cost saving opportunities & continuous tracking of Actual saving vs agreed plans along with reasons for deviations.

- Evaluating Capex, tenancies & upgrades highlighting major deviation from standards, benchmarking within clusters & driving capex optimization accordingly alongwith Identifying new cost saving opportunities

- Adhoc reporting
