StanPlus - Account Manager (2-4 yrs)
- Direct management and ownership of existing business accounts
- Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
- Implement a client visit plan to maximize face-to-face or virtual client interactions; build a relationship with the clients
- Manage product/service mix, pricing and margins according to agreed aims
- Provide continued operational liaison and review to ensure consistent service delivery through the development of Service Level Agreements where appropriate
- Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships
- Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
