JOB ROLE :

- Responsible for WMPS Product Sales to Business Banking and Retail Individual Customers.

- Responsible for generation of FX leads from existing and new clients

- Responsible for enhancing client relationship value through product offerings

- Interaction with Relationship Managers for client calls and driving the Fx revenues

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Drive and Deliver Business clients and Retail Clients FX Budget

- Work closely with zonal stakeholders such as Regional Head for Business Banking, Team Leader & Relationshio Manager Business Banking based out across major branch in the region.

- Work closely with Busness Banking RMs and PIB, PFB Relationship Manager in Client Relationship Space to deepen product penetration and client activation

- Leverage the Export and Import business to increase FX Revenue both through cash and forward contracts

- Work with the Business Banking Acquisition team and EB Team to source Fx Business

- Ensure visibilty for the FX product through regular communication to the front line.

- Visit branches in the zone to push the FX business among the frontline.

- Present product updates in monthly Review meetings

- Train local statkeholders such as RM/SM on the FX Product Opportunities and Processes

- Identify and generate prospective opportunities in the exisiting portfolio and driving the FX targets including limits set up etc. through the RMs

- Use systems suchs as CTMT and CEMS to identify NTP prospects

- Analyse data provided by WMPS MIS Team to drive business.

- Make customer calls with the RMs

- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures on an continuous basis - -

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE :

- Graduate, Post-graduate or equivalent with 4-6 years- relevant working experience.

- Knowledge of Foreign Exchange and Financial Markets

- Should be able to Manage a cluster of branches

- Should be able to multi task and prioterise delivery to the concerned stakeholders.

- Effective Communication and Presentation Skills

- Branch Banking Experience will be an added advantage

- Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.

- Strong analytical, problem solving, networking and financial management skills.
