The Role Responsibilities :

- Performance, Reward and Benefit programs.

- Act as a trusted reward advisor to the regional stakeholders. Improve business/function and HR's understanding of reward and how reward programmes can be effectively and appropriately used to drive performance and motivate employees.

- Support the development & customization of programs that reflect local requirements, external best practices and tailored to the organization needs (in consultation with representatives from key stakeholders) and aligned with Group Reward philosophy.

- Monitor the performance and effectiveness of Reward policies, programs and processes in achieving business needs.

- Support benefits design reviews to ensure they are reflective of the market practice and group guidance.

- Ensure changes to Group compensation policies and standards are communicated proactively to HR stakeholders.

- Collaborate with all PRB specialists on market pricing to increase the level of consistency across markets, reduce vendor costs and generally ensure data is used in an impactful manner.

- Partner to ensure that all reward related policies, procedures and practices in region comply with local regulatory requirements, reflect best practice and are within Group directions.

- Overall oversight of regional processes around job matching and market data in partnership with Country Service Delivery and HR Business Partners as appropriate.

- Support smooth management of the year-end performance and pay review processes from the perspective of the region, in line with Group guidelines.

Other Key Responsibilities :

- Support rollout of Global policies/guidelines

- Provide required Reward support in the running of the regional portfolios

- Support regional productivity and agility by executing against key strategies

- Provide guidance to resourcing team for complex and or senior hires including guidance on share buyouts.

- Maintain an up to date understanding of regulatory remuneration guidelines and how these interact with internal policies and guidance. Be prepared to support group wide communications and answer questions from the region.

- Responsible for the day to day management and execution of compensation practices within a defined set of countries (with support from the Global People Services (GPS) and in partnership with business PRB specialists).

Our Ideal Candidate :

- A professional or relevant post-graduate management qualification.

- Relevant experience in PRB at both operational and strategic level.

- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.

- Strong in project and process management with focus on execution.

- Commercial and business acumen.

- Ability to multi task within complex structure.

- Excellent communication skills; clear oral, written and presentation skills.

- Focus on high standards, quality and attention to detail.
