Standard Chartered Bank - PMO Analyst (8-12 yrs)

Job Purpose:

The PMO Analyst is responsible for providing adequate support to the PMO Lead and Project Manager throughout the project lifecycle. This is to ensure the smooth running of the end-to-end programme by working across progress reporting, resource management (onboarding) and general support including the maintenance of document repositories, archiving and the preparation of meetings and workshops.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Prepare, consolidate and distribute regular status reports for the project and associated workstream regarding milestone, cost, change control and RAID tracking

- Support project managers on registration of risks, issues and dependencies arising from the project and record a mitigation plan to evade or control associated risks

- Prepare, draft and distribute meeting materials for progress meeting/workshops

- Captures minutes and key decision/action items and track/follow up with respective owners on outstanding action items

- Support in resource management including resource planning and resource onboarding

- Support in overall performance and time management to ensure timely project delivery

- Support in financial/budget management and logistics management

- Enforces change management discipline so that changes are prioritised and impact is assessed before submission to governance approval

- Enforces and enhances project management standards, tools and methods

- Create, update and manage programme/project/workstream level document repository

- Support implementation of quality assurance strategy, including all processes and templates across programme to meet quality objectives

- Coordinate the sharing, review and sign-off of key deliverables across project streams

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

- Over all 8-10 years Experience

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in programme management, preferably in the delivery of a large-scale multi-year transformation project for a Financial Services company

- Excellent working knowledge and experience in the use of Microsoft Office packages including PowerPoint, Word and Excel

- Proficient in an array of project management techniques and tools including Clarity and Tableau

- Strong communication skills, including an excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal

- Must be a team player, comfortable working in a collaborative environment alongside a large project team

- Track record in working in a fast-paced competitive environment to meet tight deadlines and deliver quality outcomes

- Affinity with SAP, Moody's and data integration projects preferred
