The Role Responsibilities

This role has the responsibility for implementation and execution of the Digital Marketing strategy at Group level. The incumbent will spearhead acquisition, engagement and cross sell initiatives of the bank using digital channels as well as ensuring that programmes, are seamlessly executed in line with global standards and that proper measures are established to track effectiveness of all marketing deliverables.

- Managing the internal SC stakeholders and external agencies to ensure desired outcomes are met. This includes implementing global digital marketing initiatives and enablers to drive acquisition, activation and customer engagement across digital channels.

- Accountable for the management of the following initiatives to deliver against agreed upon targets

- Drive digital customer acquisition for Credit Cards, PL & Casa by implementing customer-centric data driven marketing strategies.

- Build SEO-centric content that bridges gap between client's life /passions & brand/product needs for active prospects.

- Understand the customer journey mapping and planning marketing strategies aligned to the journey to drive acquisition and usage

- Drive card usage through Card on file with ecommerce and online providers.

- Drive adoption of digital payments and digital channels in the bank

- Implement lifecycle marketing strategies initiatives which include

Look-a-like audience and improved targeting, re-targeting

Continuous testing to drive engagement and improve ROI. A/B Testing of key messages on creatives

Enhance targeting through audience definition through single view of the customer

- Collaborate with Group Product teams and Digital Banking teams to ensure successful implementation of the lifecycle marketing strategies

Market engagement and Governance

- Embed Digital Knowhow across the Organisation Ecosystem through Digital Marketing Trainings

- Be a thought leader consultant to lead markets in acquisition, engagement and cross sell initiatives of the bank using digital channels as well as ensuring that programmes, are seamlessly executed in line with global standards and that proper measures are established to track effectiveness of all marketing deliverables.

Agency/ relationship management

- Work with creative agency & media agency to ensure implementation of global initiatives

- Regular tracking and reporting of campaigns and analytics and optimisation of the campaigns /creatives.

Targets

- Meet and beat the launch deliverables for the agreed initiatives

- Meet and beat campaign targets set for various campaigns

Our Ideal Candidate

- Digital Marketing Manager with at least 6-9 years' experience in Performance Marketing, Social Media & Content Marketing, SEO, SEM, Campaign Planning, Analytics, Digital Transformation.

- Extensive experience in management of stakeholders across geographies and cross functional digital projects to achieve strategic business goals and drive revenue.

- At least possess a Graduate degree, Preferably an MBA candidate.

- Strong project management skills

- Execution orientation - able to execute and deliver results

- Independent, is a self-starter and able to work remotely with other markets

- Conceptual thinking - able to structure and organize

- Ability to work in a performance driven marketing environment

- Good understanding of digital platforms
