As a Staffing Specialist, the incumbent will be responsible for understanding the talent needs, strategizing and sourcing top talents, interview and assess the talents and partner with HRBPs and Hiring managers till the candidate is onboard. - Staffing specialist is expected to partner with the stakeholders in meeting the hiring needs of the organization with agreed SLA's. - Expected to partner in running end to end recruitment initiatives covering the whole recruitment cycle from Sourcing to Candidate Offer with special focus on Referral campaigns internal talent movement and Inclusion Diversity initiatives. - Understanding the need and influencing business to hire talent keeping in mind succession gap and filling critical positions. Education : Graduation (Preferably Engineering) with MBA or PG in Human Resources Management - 4-8 years- experience in similar (MNC Manufacturing) or similar industries. People with experience in working at Executive search firms are also preferred.
