- Responsible for staffing for consulting teams, with following key objectives: Ensure optimal matching of people needs, firm needs & client requirements; and Execute a fair and transparent staffing process.
- Act as a key member of the India staffing team, working closely with the Staffing, HR and Office Leadership,
- The incumbent will be primarily responsible for the end to end front-ending staffing engagement and managing the Professional Development of the Associate Consultants, Senior Associate Consultants and the Consultants (target ratio of 1:80 Consulting staff).
- In addition to the core primary role, also support the staffing reporting for India, and enable the staffing decision making, as well as professional development processes.
- The role involves 80% of front end staffing operations and engagement and 20% of reporting.
Qualification - MBA(HR) or related field with a working experience in a consulting firm
