Staffing Manager - Management Consulting Firm - MNC

- Looking to hire someone with 5-8 years of experience in a professional services organization with experience in project staffing.

- You will be working closely with the Partners and functional leads of People and Finance to find the optimal deployment of team members across projects.

- You will also work closely across the People Team to ensure that skill gaps identified are addressed through talent acquisition and professional development programs.

- You will regularly connect with individual consultants to understand their career and development goals and help find them the right project opportunities.

- Collaborate with global peers to ensure project staffing is achieved on a timely basis.

- Negotiate with Partners to ensure consultant requirements are also considered during the project staffing process.

- Develop consistent reports and communicate with partners and functional heads upcoming capacity and people matters.

- Lead career development meetings for consulting team members to ensure they are being developed -through project allocations.

- Ensure core systems are up to date with the latest project staffing to ensure relevant reports can be created in a timely basis.

You should possess:

- Prior experience working in a Consulting firm

- Strong Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and business writing capabilities

- SAP Experience is required

Knowledge of labour laws in India & International market will be added advantage
