- Responsible for Demand and Supply planning

- Reporting and Staffing Dashboards: To Internal and External stakeholders DMs, Delivery and Account Executives, Practice Leads and Client Managers)

- Closely working with Client managers to understand the customer requirements across various technologies/domains

- Mentor, Guide and manage the staffing team and ensure the demand and supply are managed well

- Organize/participate in fulfillment drives to maximize fulfillment. Work closely with Fulfillment, Recruitment and Practice teams

- 10+ years of experience managing the staffing operations

- Past experience in managing the staffing teams / RMG function

- Experience sourcing on technologies such as Fullstack Java, Android / IOS, Hadoop+Spark, Finacle, Automation Testing (Selenium, Appium) etc.
