1. The Staffing Head is accountable for ensuring that all volume and other positions are fulfilled within the given SLA's / norms agreed upon and set in consultation with the business. 2. The role holder will ensure that all budgetary norms are adhered to and margins are maintained in accordance with the guidelines set in consultation with the business. 3. He / She will be responsible for the P&L of the Staffing organization and will continuously look for means to optimize costs. 4. plays a leading role in the designing and implementation of business-wide recruiting processes, applicant tracking systems, management reporting, and vendor management. 5. Play a highly collaborative role and work closely with the business to understand and forecast their hiring needs and deliver on the given mandates in a time bound manner. 6. Develop the annual departmental budget and oversee the budgetary allocation and its management throughout the year and making necessary shifts in allocation in order to accommodate the shifting resourcing requirements and recruitment needs. 7. Design and deliver on-going reports after tracking the results, impacts, and cost-effectiveness of the current recruiting strategies. Use this information to identify trends and adjust the recruiting strategies in order to optimize the impact of the recruiting team. 8. Provide direction and consultation to the business on emerging trends and best practices that impact and influence acquisition and attraction within key talent segments. 9. Ensure that all of the business's recruiting practices comply with the applicable regulations, both internal and external. Skills, Qualifications & Prior Experience - Post Qualification Experience of 15+ years of which at least 5 years should have been in a leadership role in the Talent Acquisition function. - Should have experience in contractual and volume hiring with additional expertise into selling of recruitment portals. - The candidate will demonstrate a keen ability to establish and articulate a vision to junior personnel, clearly translating it into an executable strategy and driving recruiting team performance. - Strong technical acumen and have a data-driven approach to recruitment strategy formulation and decision-making. - Self-driven, results-oriented with a missionary zeal to exceed goals. - Someone from TA background who will handle team of TA Managers and recruiters. - Good experience required in contract staffing/volume hiring. - Volume positions to be filled within SLA. - Responsible for P&L. - Design and implement recruiting process, tracking systems, management reporting etc. - Develop annual department budget.
