Staffing Consultant - IT (4-8 yrs)
Our Client is a Global IT MNC
Job Profile:
- Engage key Staffing and business partners in order to understand the needs of clients and its hiring profiles to enable effective external sourcing
- Develop, drive and execute comprehensive search strategies designed to recruit senior and niche candidates within limited candidate pools. (i.e. competitive research, industry profile development, networking, direct sourcing, etc.)
- Collaborate with HR business partners and business leaders to define appropriate specifications for approved immediate and future internal and external positions
- Manage the entire external candidate process - sourcing, screening, and closing external candidates.
Requisites:
Qualification: MBA in HR ( Tier I or Tier II Institutes)
