Responsibilities:
Financial Management & Control (35%)
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and manage operational budgets, monitor performance against forecasts.
- Credit Control Management - Analyse & work on credit control
- Financial Oversight: Ensure sound financial practices and controls within operations.
- Cost Optimization: Identify and implement initiatives to improve cost efficiency.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyse financial reports related to operational performance.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal policies.
- Vendor Management: Oversee financial aspects of vendor relationships.
- Legal Support: Associate with internal legal team & assist in available issues to be resolved
- FY & Next year Planning- O&M
Human Resources Management & Development (25%):
- Talent Management: Collaborate on recruitment, onboarding, and retention of staff.
- Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance appraisal processes timely closure
- HR Policy Implementation: Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures within operations.
Administration & Operational Efficiency (15%):
- Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and functionality of operational facilities.
- Procurement: Manage the procurement of necessary administrative and operational supplies.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to operational and administrative processes.
- Records Management: Ensure efficient and compliant management of operational records.
- Technology Coordination: Liaise with IT on technology needs supporting operations.
Leadership & Team Management (15%):
- Team Leadership: Provide clear direction, set objectives, and motivate operational teams.
- Performance Management: Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
- Talent Development: Coach, mentor, and support the professional development of team members.
- Communication: Foster effective communication and collaboration within and across teams.
- Culture Building: Promote a positive, productive, and accountable work culture.
- Change Management: Lead and manage organizational changes within operational areas.
