Associate - Strategy and Operations


- The candidate shall be a part of the strategy team at SRM Group.


- The team is responsible for providing strategic insights for SRM group entities and support the management in making data driven business decisions in the areas of Business Strategy, Market Entry and Growth Strategy, Operational Efficiency, Revenue Increment, Cost Optimization and other areas

Responsibilities :

- Assist the top management of the organizations in the decisions that they make, deploy strategies for existing projects and for the new projects that the organization looks forward to

- Develop a deep understanding of the education, media, healthcare and technology industry, and identify opportunities to drive additional value for the company

- Work with the top-level leadership of business entities to identify the key initiatives and tasks of strategic importance and operational improvement that need to be pursued and accordingly come up with specific insights and actions plans

- Identify gaps and roadblocks across verticals and troubleshoot them; Drive process improvement initiatives across for various verticals

- Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the Pro-Chancellor's office and business entities; demonstrate leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff

- Prioritize conflicting needs; handles matters proactively, and lead projects to successful completion by taking ownership and communicating clearly with stakeholders at multiple levels

- Take ownership of analysis of periodic reporting activities, analyze key business data and report/escalate to the management as required to ensure smooth functioning of operations

- Stay updated with relevant industry trends and provide strategic inputs to the management

Requirements :

- Experience: 0-2 years

- Flexible with working from different locations as required

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, attention to details, planning and organizing skills

- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

- Understanding of financial and business performance metrics

- Proficiency with MS Office and G - suite
