Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales Manager for our Food Division with a preference for candidates from the spices segment. The role involves managing distributor networks, retail sales channels, and trade marketing initiatives across assigned territories in India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales for the spices/foods vertical in assigned geographies.
- Appoint and manage distributors, build retail relationships, and oversee channel health.
- Monitor sales targets and drive market expansion initiatives.
- Ensure on-ground execution of schemes, promotions, and visibility plans.
- Analyze competitor movement and market trends.
Candidate Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in FMCG food sales; spices background preferred.
- Strong distributor and retail network knowledge.
- Willingness to travel and manage multiple territories.
