Job Descriptions :

- Marketing and sales, leasing, and rentals of Company's real estate projects - Commercial Offices, Retail Spaces, Residential Properties, and Residential Plotting Ventures.

- Conducting marketing, sales, and lease presentations of Organizations Commercial, Retail spaces to National and International Companies, Channel Partners, IPC- s, Consultants and also promoting Residential Projects and Plotting Ventures for bulk business.

- Daily monitoring of leads /operations of Sales / Marketing / Business Development and updating the same to the Director and handling the entire business cycle as Leader from lead generation and closing of the transactions.

- New Business Development and Land Acquisition: Sourcing and Identifying of Land Parcels/ acquisition for Residential and Commercial Projects. Cascading organizational vision into property requirements for different formats, size, market, timeline, and business. Based on land parcels - zoning/type, preparing and submitting feasibility reports.

- Mapping client's requirements i.e., commercial and retail and providing the best-specified solution, generating business from existing accounts and by regularly visiting and cold calling old clients, going through the requirements in daily newspapers, real-estate magazines, real-estate websites, and also posting requirements to NASSCOM firms, National and International IT/ITES Companies, Corporate Houses and MNC Retail offices and achieving the sales growth.

- For Residential Projects and Plotting Ventures - sales & marketing, generating leads, client visits, etc. Client interface for booked/ old units, weekly tracking of sales, revenue collections. Interaction with HNI's, channel partners, brokers, etc. To handhold the customer through the pre-sales & post-sales process till possession. MIS report generation and analysis. Coordinate with Nationalized Banks /NBFCs for Project Approvals and in turn, support the buyers for Housing loans.

- Representing the company at events and supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and other Hyderabad real estate marketing events. Ensure hassle-free Collections and Minimize risks and maximize CRM efficiency.

- Develop broker-network on regular basis and update the business benefits from our company products.

- Sound knowledge on Land Acquisition, Housing & Commercial Loans, LRDs, LAPs, and Construction Finance.

- Closely monitoring of market analysis and research reports, and revamp marketing and sales strategies to reach out to the right clients/investors to increase business.

- For new business developments i.e., acquisition of land parcels for joint venture developments of commercial and residential projects, work closely with landlords, agents, and consultants. Good legal knowledge pertaining to land records. Prepare and submit the same with feasibility reports to the Director.

- Recruiting, training, motivating assigning projects and targets to new team members.
